something that has been bugging me lately is that people in the past were not afraid of heights. i am not afraid of heights, but i am rather terrified of seeing other people too close to the edge of things that will kill them.
for example, i’d rather be this camera man than look at him dangle on the edge of the building like that; and i mean that in present tense when he is most likely deceased anyway.
